The shipping cost covers more than just postage.  It also includes the cost of boxing the items and the packaging itself. When shipments are lost or damaged in the mail, we replace them at no charge.

Mulberry Press ships from either England or the U.S. depending on the specific product.

The following publications are shipped from England to all customers around the world.

• "Principle and Practice", (book), Hendrik de Lange

• "The Lord's Prayer", (booklet), John Hargreaves

• "The Divine Idea and the Human Concept" (booklet), John Hargreaves

• "Individuality" and "The Universal Nature of Church and Man" (booklet), John Hargreaves

All other publications and all CDs are manufactured in the U.S. and shipped to all customers from the U.S.

Shipping From England

If you select any of the publications above that are shipped from England, the price of AIR shipping is included in the price listed on the website page.  This generally takes 7 to 10 days from England to the U.S. and Australia. 

If you want any of these shipped by SURFACE mail, which takes about 8 to 10 weeks and costs less, please phone in your order or send it by email to admin@mulberrypress.com -- please do NOT use the website for SURFACE orders from England as the website does not calculate this. The cost of SURFACE shipping is about HALF the air shipping cost.

Shipping From the U.S.

All products other than those listed above are shipped from the U.S.  Shipping from the U.S. to the U.S. is done by "Media Mail" which the U.S. Post Office says should take about 5 to 7 days.

Shipping to England and other countries is done by U.S. Global Priority Mail which the U.S. Postal Service says should take about a week or less. This is an airmail rate. You should select "International Global Priority Service Air FROM U.S." on the postage selection menu when you check out.  The U.S. no longer offers a surface shipping rate to other countries.

CD Audio Programs --  Shipping to the U.S. is done by "Media Mail" and ALL shipping to other countries is done by AIR mail, as the U.S. no longer offers surface shipping rates to other countries.

Ordering Multiple Products

When an order is placed that involves books, booklets or CDs from multiple inventory locations, more than one method of shipping is involved taking into account the customer's address.

When you finalize your order in the Mulberry Press on-line store, you will need to select the shipping method and you will be shown the cost for your order based on the specific publications and CDs you order.  Please read the choices carefully to select the right option!

When you have a large order involving a number of publications, we will gladly check over the shipping costs and hand calculate a cost before you order based on prevailing postal rates and the destination location. If you wish us to do this for you, please send an email to admin@mulberrypress.com with the names and quantities of each publication or CD you wish to order and we will respond with the specific shipping costs that would be charged.

Also, if you do not receive your order in a timely way based on the shipping method you select, please send an email to us at the address above and we will verify the shipping date and information by return email. If your order does not arrive, please contact us with details.
