After you read this introduction,
please look
to the bottom of the page and click there on
"Continue on to the Online Store".
In the store, you can select items to purchase or
make a donation to Mulberry Press in units of $1 U.S. dollar.
(Look on the left hand shaded menu for "Mulberry Press
Donation".)
While in the store, you can click on publication
or CD titles to see descriptions very similar to the
descriptions in the main Mulberry Press website. (We are
updating them to be identical.)
Once you enter the store, you should make all of
your purchases, enter your billing and shipping address (or use
your Mulberry Press account), and complete the check out process
before coming back to the main website.
When you check out, please be sure to
select the type of shipping after you enter your credit card.
You'll see the "Ship Via" box (without the yellow
highlights). When you click on the little arrow to the
right (circled here in yellow) you'll see your shipping
choices. Click on the arrow, then on the shipping choice
that is right for your order. The choice will then be
visible and remain in the box when you go on to do the same for
your credit card.
Our website accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover
credit cards. Some customers have had difficulties using
debit cards but others have not. Please let us know if you
have difficulties.
If
you unintentionally select items to add to your shopping basket
that you don't mean to buy, or if you select too many of the
item, when you are on the Checkout page, you can click on
"Basket Contents" on the very top menu bar to increase or
reduce the number of items, or remove items entirely from your
shopping basket.
If you have any trouble with your order,
please send an email to
admin@mulberrypress.com. Please do not worry if
you order something you don't mean to order because we will
cheerfully refund your credit card account as soon as you
notify us by email. Mulberry Press is managed by
part-time volunteers who care only about making sure that
you receive what you want and only what you want.
At your option, you can create or update your
Mulberry Press Account, by clicking on "Account" on the top
menu bar of the Online Store. This enables you to store
your billing and shipping address using a login name and
password, so that you don't have to enter this information each
time you shop in the Online Store. (We do not store credit
card information.)
If you decide to create an account, you can enter any "login"
nickname and
password of your choice, such as "jamesp" or "jackiewhite",
provided you use a name or phrase which does not include
spaces or non-alpha numeric characters, such as punctuation
marks.
If you have any problems with the order that you
want to place through the Online Store, please send an email to
admin@mulberrypress.comand give us the details.
We will be glad to help resolve the problems to your
satisfaction. Because our staff comprises part-time
volunteers, it may take a few days to respond to your concern.
However, it will be resolved to your full satisfaction, so
please do not worry.
